GPSMAP 4212
The power of networking meets the brilliance of great design in this chartplotter, which serves as your all-in-one “nerve center” for the Garmin Marine Network. With a 12.1″ XGA “big screen display” this unit combines video-quality resolution and luminous color with the latest in sensor and data options.
With it’s counterpart, the GPSMAP 4208, the 4212 includes U.S. detailed offshore maps with Bluechart®: g2 coverage of the USA and Bahamas.
See detail-rich imagery like never before
The GPSMAP 4212 features worldwide satellite imagery to enhance the standard vector basemap format. This unit also offers the optional BlueChart® g2 Vision card which provides high-resolution aerial reference photos for help navigating tricky harbors and channels or locating spots like area marinas, fuel stops or restaurants. The g2 Vision plug-in SD data card also allows the GPSMAP 4212 to graphically depict a true 3D “mariners eye” topside view or “fish eye” underwater navigation perspective.
Experience super simple user interface for easy operation
With fewer buttons to push and fewer operational steps to navigate, the GPSMAP 4212’s simplified menu format makes it easy for you to see and select the data you want to access on-screen.
Simplify navigation with Auto Guidance
Optional g2 Vision auto guidance technology will help simplify your navigation. Its like having a knowledgeable guide to local hazards and waterways always on deck. Auto Guidance searches all the chart features to suggest the best-known charted route for safe passage.
GSD 22
Add depth to your chartplotter view with the GSD™ 20 series remote sounders. The GSD 21, a powerful analog sonar, along with the GSD 22, Garmin’s first digital sonar, are robust units designed to operate with stand-alone chartplotters or integrate with the Garmin CANet™ and Marine Networks.
The GSD 22 is a powerful remote sounder that plugs directly into the Garmin Marine Network for use with our network chartplotters or into the new Garmin CANet™ for use with the 292/392/492 series chartplotters. Ultrascroll™ technology keeps the display scrolling at live-action speeds, while the units digital design and up to 2 kW of transmit power (depending on transducer used) provide extraordinary target definition and deep water performance. Transmit power and receiver gain automatically adjust to produce excellent shallow water performance as well. The GSD 22 is dual frequency (200/50 kHz) and works with everything from a standard 500 W transom mount transducer to heavy-duty 2 kW thru-hull or in-hull transducers. Reaches depths to 5,000 feet.
Please Note: This product does not include a transducer. Garmin offers a complete selection of transducers to be purchased separately as accessories.
GXM 51
Delivering U.S. graphical weather data directly to your compatible Garmin chartplotter, this sleek, watertight XM satellite receiver/antenna offers easy plug-and-play installation with NMEA 2000 network connectivity. The integrated all-in-one design means there is no remote “black box” to install.
The GXM 51 can be powered directly through the NMEA 2000 bus, so no separate power connection is required. In addition to conventional pole or surface mounting, the GXM 51 can also be installed on the underside of many fiberglass decks, using the included under-deck mount. More than 20 different types of weather information (including NEXRAD, lightning, wave heights, water temps, wind data, and more) can be accessed from your chartplotter screen (depending on the XM WX package selected). Plus, with a subscription, you can even use the GXM 51 to enjoy over 170 channels of quality audio entertainment via XM Satellite Radio.
